July 14, 2026. That is our launch date!

I am not going to sit here and reminisce about the last six months. We laid the foundation. We put in the work. And we are nowhere near done.

For six months, we worked with engineers, advisors, investors, and early adopters. Now it is marketing, customers, support, security, and infrastructure that has to hold up under real use.

I have been here before, so I know what is coming. A steady flow of feature requests. Real excitement from some prospects. Flat rejections from others. And the customers who figure out how to bend BessWave to their operations and never look back.

I am ready for all of it.

A friend told me a few days ago that she has never seen me this excited about anything. If you know me, you know I do not get too high or too low. So that stuck with me. I sat back and actually felt it.

Yes, I am excited. But not for one reason.

When I started Point of Activity in 1999 and launched Service Call and Market Activity Tracker, the excitement was about creating something. This time is different.

I am excited because BessWave fills a void that companies have learned to live with. They stopped looking for a fix because they stopped believing one existed. That was the whole point from day one. Solve a problem we all deal with every day and have quietly accepted.

You have a question about your operations. Ask BessWave. Get a cited answer.

July 14 is the launch. The work started long before it, and we are only doubling down from here.

I am ready for you to see what we built.
