Join Our Early Adopter Program

This Is Not a Free Trial. It Is a Design Partnership.

BessWave is inviting a select group of mid-market operators to shape the product before general availability. The right organizations will experience the platform first — and influence what it becomes.

A Seat at the Table

Early adopters are not test users. They are partners. They provide real operational data, give direct product feedback, and help determine what BessWave prioritizes during the MVP phase. In exchange, they receive platform access, preferred pricing, and direct influence over the roadmap. The question BessWave answers every day is simple: how do you get a trusted operational answer when the data lives across three different systems? Early adopters will be the first organizations to answer that question with something other than a spreadsheet.

Who This is For

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Mid-Market

100 to 750 employees in professional services or IT managed services. Large enough for operational complexity; small enough to move quickly.

  • A Technology Leader Who Owns the Pain

The primary contact is a CTO, CIO, VP of IT, or Director of IT Operations with budget authority and a genuine interest in solving this problem — not just evaluating it.

  • Ability to Move in 30 to 45 Days

Decision-making does not require a committee, RFP, or prolonged legal review. The right leader can evaluate and commit on a timeline that matches the program.

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Cloud-Based Infrastructure

Systems are cloud-based or hybrid with API access. On-premise-only environments are not yet supported in the early adopter phase.

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and half circle lines.

    Disconnected Operational Systems

Your organization runs two or more platforms — ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Salesforce, or similar tools — that hold separate pieces of the operational picture.

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and circle lines.

    Answers That Take Too Long

Operational questions that should take seconds currently take hours — or never get answered — because the data requires manual aggregation across systems.

What early adopters give — and what they receive.

The program is structured as a genuine partnership. The ask is real, and so is the return.

What Early Adopters Receive

  • Full platform access at no charge through MVP launch in June 2026

  • Direct roadmap input during the most critical phase of product development

  • Priority development for connectors specific to your systems

  • Preferred pricing locked in for the first 12 months post-launch

  • Investor-partner option at pre-seed terms for organizations that choose to invest

What We Ask in Return

  • API credentials or data export access for at least two operational systems

  • Two to three hours per month with the BessWave product team for structured feedback

  • A single named contact — the CTO, CIO, or equivalent — who owns the relationship

  • Honest assessment of what is and is not working, including hard feedback

  • Willingness to be referenced by name if results are strong

The early adopter program opens in April 2026. The window to participate before general availability is narrow. If your organization fits the profile and you want to help shape what operations intelligence looks like for the mid-market, reach out directly: martin.jack@besswave.com | 202-316-5225.
